A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in multiple offices for a tax controversy counsel in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate must have eight to ten years of relevant experience.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.
- Experience in tax litigation.
