Description:
An American Law Firm seeks a tax associate with three to five years of experience to join the Tax, Trusts & Estates group in our Minneapolis or Seattle offices. This associate will work on a wide range of transactional tax matters including structuring and forming business and investment entities, advising on tax issues in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings, equity and debt securities offerings, and advising on renewable energy projects including development, tax equity financing, purchase and sale transactions.The following qualifications are required:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Minnesota or Washington bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Minnesota or Washington
Three to five years of experience as a transactional tax attorney is preferred.
