Who You Are:
- You are a high performer with 3-5 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and other strategic transactions.
- You have experience in a broad-based federal transactional tax practice, including handling matters such as the following:
- domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, buyouts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances; private equity and hedge funds
- real estate and REIT taxation
- complex capital markets transactions, including structured notes
- bankruptcy and workouts
- structured finance and securitization
- lending and project finance
- start-up and early-stage companies
- You are experienced in managing components of transactions independently.
- You have a strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
- You are an active member of the New York Bar or California Bar.
