Our Summer Program is designed to give you hands-on experience and insight into life as a junior associate at Gunderson Dettmer. You'll work directly with partners and associates in our three core practice areas: Corporate, Fund Formation, and Strategic Transactions & Licensing (“Tech/IP Group”). As a Summer Associate, you will work on projects that may include: venture financings, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, privacy compliance, venture fund formation and a range of other impactful and substantive work for our clients.We understand that first semester grades will not be available until early 2026, so transcripts can be submitted once they become available. Applications must contain:

- Current resume
- Undergraduate transcript (unofficial copy will suffice)
- Graduate transcripts (if applicable; unofficial copy will suffice)
- Law school transcript (once available; unofficial copy will suffice)
Summer Associates are compensated $4,327 per week for the duration of the Summer Program.
