We are currently accepting applications from first-year law students interested in Litigation for both a 1L (Summer 2026) and a 2L (Summer 2027) position with us. Full participation in both programs is required for this specific application. Candidates who receive and accept an offer will be eligible for a $20,000 bonus for committing to both summer programs.Candidates should possess a record of excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, writing and verbal skills. We are specifically looking for candidates who are interested in IP Litigation and also have a technical degree in the field of Electronics (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering) or Chemistry (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or related fields. The firm awards an IP incentive bonus to those with related degrees.
