Walker and Walker Law Offices, PLLC is looking for a new associate attorney to join our student loan discharge practice group. We are the nationwide leader in discharging student loans in bankruptcy and growing quickly in this area.

Experience in bankruptcy law is not required.

The position is full time and includes a retirement plan, health insurance reimbursement, health savings account, and paid time off. Compensation is commensurate with experience. There is incentive pay in addition to the offered salary.

Work Remotely:
Hybrid work. You can work from home on days when no clients set in-person appointment with you. Most client work is by phone and hearings are almost always by phone also.
