Description:
Haynes Boone is seeking a 4th-7th year Securitization Associate with strong experience across a broad range of structured finance transactions. The role involves advising on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of securitizations and related products, including CLOs, CFOs, rated note feeders, ABCP conduit programs, telecom and receivable securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities, and other esoteric securitizations. Candidates should be comfortable drafting and negotiating core transaction documents and managing deal processes.Qualified applicants will have a J.D. with strong academic credentials, 4-7 years of relevant experience at a peer firm, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. While the New York office is preferred, we remain open to other locations for the right fit.
