Willkie is seeking a senior associate (counsel will also be considered) to join its structured capital and fund finance practice. The candidate should have 4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience. Our team represents sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions, including rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), liquidity solutions or net-asset-value (NAV) transactions, private ABS geared to insurance solutions, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings. The role is cross disciplinary and will involve collaboration with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions colleagues.
