Staff Attorney- Research Associate

The Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, and the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic at Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, are seeking to hire a Full-Time Staff Attorney. The Staff Attorney will be based in Newark, New Jersey, just outside New York City, and will provide immigration representation to children who are involved with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience:

• JD, licensed to practice law in New Jersey or another state, bilingual (English/Spanish)
• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in immigration law, some experience in family law, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
