Key Responsibilities:
- Grasps goals/guidelines of each specific document review and e-discovery tasks quickly/easily moves from project-to project
- Knowledgeable about the most frequently used e-discovery technology and protocols within the Discovery Center (e.g., Relativity)
- Performs effectively as a Quality Control review attorney capable of making final determinations of responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and significance of client information. Capable of supervising team of attorneys performing document review and effectively providing written and verbal feedback
- Knowledgeable of Discovery Center policies and capable of serving as a mentor or supervisor to project attorneys
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate required
- Actively licensed and in good standing with a state bar
- At least 18 months of relevant experience
- Ability and discretion to protect confidential Firm and client information from disclosure or misuse
