This position performs high level complex civil litigation independently for the State, State agencies, and other State entities. This includes trying cases, arguing in court, writing briefs, conducting legal research, advising clients, participating in mediation, and performing other important legal work. This position is also responsible for processing criminal appeals.

- Experience representing state agencies.
- Trial experience.
Minimum Education and Experience:

Licensed to practice law by the North Carolina State Bar and five years of progressively responsible professional legal experience.
