DescriptionThe Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control operates within Kentucky's Office of Attorney General. It is the premiere law enforcement agency which investigates and prosecutes cases of Medicaid fraud by medical providers as well as cases of adult abuse and neglect within medical facilities, long term care facilities, and room and board homes.
The Office seeks an attorney who has exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills to handle a complex litigation caseload containing both fraud, neglect and abuse cases.
Candidates will have the ability to work with a team of other lawyers, investigators, and auditors to fully develop cases for prosecution.

- Seeking indictments before grand juries
- Arguing motions
