who with determination, smarts, and ganas to take the fight to the Trump administration.
The Law Office of Claudia Grégoire seeks an Associate Immigration Attorney ready to engage in
immigration defense and advocacy, including the following areas of practice:
Protecting people from removal before EOIR
Asylum
T Visas, U Visas, VAWA
Green Cards and Naturalization
The ideal candidate will be a tireless advocate for immigrant rights, have a strong ability to spot
legal issues, work well in a team, be willing to mentor interns and administrative staff and be driven to produce excellent legal work (briefs, in-court
advocacy, etc.).

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US Law School
Ideally, admitted to RI and/or Mass bar in good standing, but the firm is also open to bar
admittance in other states
Fluency in Spanish
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Highlights:

Competitive Salary, starting at $90,000 per year, depending upon experience, bonuses possible
Benefits : Simple IRA with 3% matching, generous PTO, paid holidays, family-friendly working hours 8:30AM - 4:30PM M-Th, 8:30AM - 4PM
Opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week, with 4 days per week in the office with opportunity for more remote work with time.
