Social Security Disability Attorney (Remote)

Description:

Doherty, Cella, Keane and Associates, LLP is a national Social Security disability law firm seeking an experienced SS attorney to join our growing team. This is a remote position with the potential for nationwide travel depending on the scheduling of hearings. Day to day position would be remote with the exception of required hearing travel.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Prior SS hearing experience is required. Bar admission in state of residency is also required.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. General requirements are as follows:

• Must have reliable transportation;
• Ability to travel to all 50 states by air or car;
• Extensive computer literacy with Microsoft Office;
• Admission and good standing with state bar;
• Clean criminal and bar disciplinary history;
• Extensive familiarity with all aspects of SSDI legal practice.
