Are you a litigator living in Loudoun/NoVA who is tired of the Beltway grind?Correll Law Firm, PC - the premier Personal Injury firm in the northern Shenandoah Valley - is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to take command of our litigation docket.
We have the cases.
We have the marketing machine.
We need a "gunner" who loves the courtroom but is tired of the bureaucracy, billable hour requirements, and traffic of Northern Virginia firms.
The Value Proposition:
- The "Reverse Commute": Our HQ is in Winchester. If you live in Leesburg/Western Loudoun, your drive is 45 minutes against traffic, not 90 minutes in gridlock.
- True Autonomy: We don't micromanage face time. If you aren't in court, you can work from home or our Winchester office. We care about results and verdicts, not hours in a chair.
- Production, Not Admin: You will have paralegal support. Your job is to litigate: Depositions, Hearings, Mediations, and Trials.
Note: You must be willing to travel to these courts regularly.
Who We Need: We are looking for a First-Chair Litigator. We are not looking for a "pre-suit settler."

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
- Experience: 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. You must be comfortable walking into a courtroom tomorrow. Based upon exceptional civil litigation experience, we will make exceptions and teach you the medical science.
- Tech Savvy: We run a modern, digital firm.
- Hungry: Base salary provides security, but our bonus structure allows you to earn $300k+ based on the fees you generate.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of high-value personal injury files from complaint to verdict.
- Lead contested hearings in Circuit Courts (Winchester to Harrisonburg).
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery strategy.
- First-chair jury trials.
Requirements:
- Virginia Bar Admission (Good Standing).
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation (Court travel is required).
- A "Hunter" mentality - you want to win, and you want to be paid for winning.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $120,000+ (Commensurate with experience)
- Performance: Uncapped fee sharing/bonus structure. Realistic OTE is $200k - $300k.
