We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the best possible outcome for their cases. With your deep knowledge of the law and exceptional advocacy skills, you will navigate complex litigation matters and provide sound legal advice and guidance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.
- Attend client meetings and provide expert legal advice and guidance on litigation matters.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload, meeting deadlines and providing timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records, including relevant documents, correspondence, and case developments.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Texas.
- Trial experience
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficient in legal software and research tools.
