Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP seeks a senior level attorney with 10+ years of meaningful experience handling complex real estate litigation matters in the New York State Supreme Court and the commercial and residential landlord-tenant parts of the New York City Civil Court.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting pleadings, substantive motions, conducting settlement conferences, arguing varied motions, conducting depositions, engaging in pre-trial conferences, conducting trials, and being comfortable in making frequent court appearances.
