What You'll Do:
- Independently manage complex Georgia probate and estate administration matters
- Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, patience, and compassion
- Handle filings, court appearances, and strategy from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with paralegals and staff who care deeply about doing things right
- Serve as a senior-level resource and steady presence within the firm
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of Georgia probate experience
- Deep knowledge of Georgia Probate Court procedures and practice
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and follow-through
- A client-first mindset, you care about people, not just outcomes
- Someone who values quality work, ethical practice, and long-term client relationships
- Base salary starting at $135,000, with flexibility for the right experience
- Compensation truly commensurate with depth of knowledge and leadership
- Strong operational support so attorneys can focus on legal work and client care
- Hybrid work available after 90 day fit test is complete.
