Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Appear in court and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Work directly with clients to ensure high-quality representation and communication.
- Evaluate case value and negotiate favorable settlements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- Extensive trial and courtroom experience in NJ Superior Courts.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage a high-value caseload.
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
