Description:

Daedalus Law PLLC is seeking attorneys with experience negotiating corporate transactions, primarily NDAs. An ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years negotiating US corporate transactions for financial or investment clients on both the buy and sell-side at an AmLaw 200 or equivalent firm.

Pay: $100.00 per hour
