Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 4 – 7 years of experience to join our Consumer Warranty Litigation team. The ideal candidate has solid litigation experience and the ability to manage cases independently while working within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Work directly with clients to provide guidance, case updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in trial preparation and, when applicable, participate in trial proceedings.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in CA
- 4 – 7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably including consumer warranty, product liability, or related practice areas.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
