G10 Law is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to lead sophisticated real estate and business disputes throughout California.

This is an opportunity for a litigator who enjoys taking ownership of cases, working directly with clients, and practicing law at a high level without the pressure and bureaucracy common at larger firms.

What You'll Do:

Manage a sophisticated real estate and business litigation caseload
Develop and execute litigation strategy from inception through trial
Handle depositions, motions, mediations, and court appearances
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
Identify practical and cost-effective paths toward resolution
Collaborate with firm leadership on significant matters

What We're Looking For:

Active California Bar license in good standing
7+ years of litigation experience
Real estate litigation experience strongly preferred
Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
Strong deposition, law and motion, and courtroom skills
Strategic thinker with sound judgment and professionalism
