We are a plaintiff personal injurylaw firm specializing in substantial/catastrophic injuries based in Los Angeles and we are seeking a Senior Litigator to join our team. The role will have the opportunity to handle quality and serious personal injury matters and lead the fight for our clients to achieve valuable settlements, verdicts, and awards. Responsibilities:

The attorney will supervise and lead all litigation tasks related to the case.
Develop case plans and strategies to maximize case value and prosecute aggressively.
Targeted discovery; law and motion; expert discovery; and trial work.
Routine communication with clients regarding case status.
Resolve cases to clients' satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must have at least 3 years of personal Injury litigation experience in California.
Prior experience litigating Traumatic Brain Injuries, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injuries, and Surgical Orthopedic cases.
Experience taking party, witness, and expert depositions, and working cases up for trial.
Prior trial experience a huge plus.
Spanish-speaking is a huge plus but not required.
Admission to the State Bar of California
