Qualification:
- JD from an ABA school required
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn is essential
Responsibilities:
California Attorney to be materially involved in the litigation and post judgment process for a growing, high volume multi-state legal collection practice including, but not limited to document review and preparation, suit decisions, interacting with litigation, post judgment and collection staff, communicating and negotiating with consumers and attorneys and the opportunity to go to court. Looking for someone with a thorough knowledge of litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement. Experience in customer service and/or collections would be a plus. Should have demonstrated success working in a fast-paced team oriented environment. To be successful, you must be detail oriented.
