Responsibilities:
You'll bring your litigation expertise and leadership to a practice that's built on impact. You will:

Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trial
Collaborate with partners and the executive team to develop and refine firm-wide litigation strategies
Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff by offering guidance, training, and feedback to elevate team performance
Strategically interface with clients, experts, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and manage expectations
Draft, review, and supervise high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials
Take ownership of timelines, case development, and performance metrics, ensuring high standards and consistent excellence
Contribute to thought leadership, firm growth initiatives, and continuous improvement of legal processes

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standing
Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on bad faith insurance claims (both residential and commercial)
Proven record of success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloads
A leadership mindset with a desire to mentor, inspire, and develop legal talent
