Description:
Position Summary:We are seeking a California-licensed attorney with a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience to assist with complex and high-value matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license and in good standing
- Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience
- Significant experience in:
- Commercial Litigation
- Civil Litigation
- Family Law
- Strong legal research, writing, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Experience conducting depositions, discovery, settlement negotiations, evidentiary hearings, and trials
- Federal Court litigation experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing firm environment
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills

- Contract Attorney or Of Counsel relationship
