This role is designed for an experienced litigator who is comfortable exercising discretion, managing day-to-day case execution, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients—without operating in isolation.
The Role:
As a Senior Litigation Associate, you will serve as the primary attorney responsible for managing assigned business litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution, under the Firm's strategic direction.

- Develop and implement litigation strategy across all phases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Appear in court independently and handle substantive advocacy, while aligning with Firm strategy and expectations
- Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for clients on assigned matters
- Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day case management while keeping the Managing Attorney informed of material developments, risks, and strategic considerations
- Supervise, review, and provide feedback on the work of junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure work product meets Firm standards prior to filing or submission
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, modeling professionalism, accountability, and strong litigation practices
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Demonstrate strong litigation judgment and sound decision-making under pressure
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues
- Execute case strategy with precision while operating within established Firm processes
- Bring a calm, professional presence to high stakes matters
- Respect structure, deadlines, and accountability without resistance
- Contribute positively to a high-performance, low-drama work environment
- Take primary responsibility for case execution while aligning closely with Firm leadership
- Give and receive feedback constructively and apply it consistently
- Seek continuous improvement as both a litigator and a leader
- If your middle name is “Drama,” this role will not be a fit.
Experience Requirements:
- 7–9+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience managing matters end-to-end
- Court appearances, depositions, and motion practice experience required
- New York admission required
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $260,000 – $285,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Performance Bonus: Eligibility for enhanced performance-based bonuses tied to collected revenue, matter profitability, and clearly defined KPIs, with target total compensation $300,000+ for high performers
