Description:
You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal group who advise Apple's engineering, business and government affairs teams on complex regulatory issues, with a focus on artificial intelligence regulation. You will analyze the applicability of regulations to various Apple products and services, manage and coordinate the internal work streams within Apple Legal, and interact with regulators and other external stakeholders. The work requires outside-the-box thinking, versatility, and creative approaches to legal issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups, Apple government affairs and cross-functional business and engineering teams. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience on regulatory matters, such as AI laws, privacy and data-related laws, and other digital regulations at major law firms, in-house or regulatory authorities.
- Experience interpreting AI regulation and other European and U.S. regulations is a plus.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least once US state bar.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,700 and $311,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
