About this position…
In this role, you will lead an accomplished group of professionals who are hard working with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Our work includes defending against professional and general liability claims, and providing advocacy and legal guidance to a diverse client base including human services organizations, healthcare facilities, schools, and care centers. Matters are often complex and include catastrophic injury, wrongful death, survival actions, and allegations of sexual misconduct and physical abuse, as well as grand jury subpoenas, criminal investigations, and employment disputes.

We are seeking candidates who have…

Active PA license (additional licensure in NJ, DE, or MD a plus)
At least 7 years of litigation experience in healthcare, medical malpractice, general liability, sexual misconduct, or other areas that require taking depositions and assessing medical issues
Skills and desire to lead a team to achieve goals through a collaborative approach
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate others
Substantial trial and trial preparation experience
Organizational abilities, understanding of technology, and process orientation
Interest in working on challenging, sensitive, complex matters
Ability to prioritize and direct the work of others
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
