Kedia Law is hiring an experienced family law attorney who wants autonomy over their cases without practicing in isolation.You will manage your own caseload, develop case strategy, and build direct relationships with clients—with legal and administrative support behind you. As a boutique firm, we offer greater access to leadership, meaningful case collaboration, and more flexibility than many large or high-volume practices.
What You'll Do:
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
- Handle divorce, custody, parenting time, relocation, support, and post-decree matters
- Develop case strategy and advise clients on their options
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and settlement documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex matters
- Maintain responsive, clear communication with clients
What We're Looking For:
- Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of family law experience
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Family law litigation and courtroom experience
- Strong writing, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Sound judgment in complex or emotionally charged situations
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to case-strategy discussions
