Fisher Law LLC, a growing Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in Norwood, is looking for a seasoned trusts and estates attorney with 7+ years of experience and a strong tax background.

About the role:
  • Lead estate planning matters from start to finish.
  • Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, tax strategy, and trust administration.
  • Design and implement advanced planning strategies, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, SLATs, FLPs, QTIPs, and special needs trusts.
  • Develop strategies to minimize income, gift, generation-skipping, and estate tax exposure.
  • Lead client consultations for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and multi-generational families to shape legacy and succession plans.
  • Work directly with personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, financial planners, and CPAs.
  • Step into firm leadership responsibilities appropriate for a senior attorney.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in estate, trust, and tax law
  • Experience drafting complex legal documents
  • Familiarity with probate procedures and court filings
  • Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and client advisory skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms
  • Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and LL.M (Taxation)

What we offer:

Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 DOE.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
