About the role:
- Lead estate planning matters from start to finish.
- Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, tax strategy, and trust administration.
- Design and implement advanced planning strategies, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, SLATs, FLPs, QTIPs, and special needs trusts.
- Develop strategies to minimize income, gift, generation-skipping, and estate tax exposure.
- Lead client consultations for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and multi-generational families to shape legacy and succession plans.
- Work directly with personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, financial planners, and CPAs.
- Step into firm leadership responsibilities appropriate for a senior attorney.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in estate, trust, and tax law
- Experience drafting complex legal documents
- Familiarity with probate procedures and court filings
- Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations
- Strong interpersonal and client advisory skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and LL.M (Taxation)

Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 DOE.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
