Codispoti Law is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney who wants to do sophisticated, meaningful planning work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney with strong estate planning experience who enjoys guiding clients through important life and legacy decisions, values high-quality work product, and wants to be part of a modern, supportive firm culture.

We are not looking for a volume-based “document churn” attorney. We are building a long-term team focused on thoughtful counsel, strong client relationships, and excellent planning outcomes for families, professionals, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
You will lead clients through comprehensive estate planning matters from consultation through execution, with support from an experienced team and established systems.

Your work will include:

Advising clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their goals and family dynamics
Drafting and reviewing sophisticated estate planning documents, including:
Revocable trusts
Irrevocable trusts
Wills
Powers of attorney
Advance directives
Assisting clients with trust funding and implementation
Collaborating with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals when appropriate
Supporting probate and trust administration matters as needed
Mentoring junior team members, legal assistants, or paralegals
Contributing to the continued development of firm systems and client experience
