The Woodland Hills office of Fisher Phillips seeks a senior employment litigation associate with 7+ years of experience. Qualified candidates will have significant experience independently managing employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, and leading or substantially participating in mediations.Experience in labor and employment law is required, including litigating wage-and-hour claims, employment discrimination and harassment matters, class and collective actions, and PAGA cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day case strategy, communicating directly with clients, supervising or mentoring junior attorneys, and working collaboratively with litigation teams.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

The yearly salary range for this position is $270,000+. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
