What You'll Do:
- Serve as lead counsel on serious felony and complex criminal matters throughout Arizona.
- Strategize and execute top-tier trial defenses, plea negotiations, and appellate planning.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to associate attorneys and legal staff.
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership on case strategy and client development.
- Represent the firm with professionalism, empathy, and advocacy in every interaction.
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards while maintaining exceptional client relationships

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of criminal defense experience in Arizona.
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- Strong trial background, including major felony cases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Arizona Certified Criminal Law Specialist (preferred, not required).
- Proven success mentoring junior attorneys or leading a team.
- History of handling serious, high-stakes criminal cases with professionalism and skill.
- Strong writing, research, and negotiation skills.
- Client-centered communication style, clear, calm, and confident.
