Position Summary:
A Leading Labor & Employment Law Firm has an exciting REMOTE opportunity for an Attorney with 5+ years of traditional labor experience to join the Firm's expanding practice. The Attorney will focus on training and counseling concerning employer and employee rights and responsibilities under the NLRA. This flexible role will allow the right candidate to work remotely without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder track position.

While this role will not be required to work in-office, the attorney will be included in the firm's annual all attorney retreat and will have access to the firm's extensive learning and development resources.

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must hold an active license to practice law and remain in good standing in their state of residence. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must possess at least 5+ years of traditional labor experience, particularly R-case experience.
  • Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
  • Regular travel is required to be on-site with clients in multiple locations and jurisdictions. Specifically, the position will be expected to travel weekly from Sunday evening/Monday morning thru Thursday throughout the US to be on-site and work with clients.
