The Capital Markets Operating System Company provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world's largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We're building trust in this system of credit.

We are looking for a Senior Counsel to join our team!

This is an opportunity to use your legal expertise to have a big impact on a growing credit platform and technology company. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will help to oversee credit transactions.

What You'll Do:
  • Working closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of our emerging Investment Advisor, draft and negotiate credit facility documentation, prepare issues lists, oversee closings and manage outside counsel
  • Draft and negotiate loan documentation in connection with our Technology platform services and our Capital Solutions team
  • Assist in the development of contract templates
  • Keep up to speed with industry trends and legal and regulatory market changes affecting our private credit business.

You should have
  • 3+ years of experience at a top law firm drafting and negotiating a variety of credit agreements and related documentation, including asset backed facilities. Experience with real estate collateral is a plus. In-house experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • JD degree from a top tier law school, admission to the New York or Texas bar in Good Standing
