Job Description:
Responsibilities: In this role, you will serve as the functional lead for all equity plan administration at Genpact, a publicly traded company listed on the NYSE. You will have primary responsibility for the end-to-end administration of our global equity and ESPP plans, SEC insider transaction reporting, and regulatory compliance — working closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external service providers. You will also manage and mentor a direct report. We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and independent professional with deep subject matter expertise in US public company equity administration.

This role reports to the SVP, Corporate, M&A and Securities in the Legal Department and may be performed remotely.
