About the role:
A Food Delivery Service Company is hiring an exceptional, business-minded deal lawyer to join our Commercial Legal team. You work alongside them with key partners throughout the company, including Business Development, Strategy, and Finance, to close first-of-kind strategic partnerships and high-value deals. You'll work on a wide variety of deal types, many of which enable A Food Delivery Service Company to open new routes to market. You'll also be the lead on major deals and projects that make an immediate impact on our fast-growing, dynamic business. Above all, you'll help our business partners and executives solve problems and take down roadblocks.

We're looking for an experienced negotiator with a strong work ethic, excellent analytical and communication skills, and incredibly solid fundamentals as a lawyer. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic leader who is creative and curious, is a self-starter who takes ownership over initiatives, and is hands-on taking into consideration the lowest level of detail.

You will report into the Director, Commercial Legal, who leads the team that supports all strategic partnership deals for A Food Delivery Service Company Legal.

You have 8+ years legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including 4+ years house.
