Job Description:Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to senior leaders on Supply Chain matters, which may include:
- Providing legal analysis and support for supply chain, procurement, logistics and customs transactions, including structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex domestic and international purchase contracts and software licenses
- Advising on contract interpretation, claims, and disputes
- Using Lean thinking to streamline processes and reduce cycle time, including developing standard templates and policies
- Identifying and advising on regional, portfolio, and transactional risks and how to mitigate them
- Leading projects that support business and supply chain initiatives
- Providing advice and counsel on antitrust/competition law, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, environmental and customs issues, and other regulations and compliance matters
- Developing and delivering training on legal, contract, and compliance matters
- Staying current on legal developments affecting supply chain activities
- Communicating across all levels of the organization and working cross-functionally to drive business priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- At least 8 years of post-admission legal experience in a law firm or in-house
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

- Law firm or in-house experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate, or corporate finance
- Familiarity with legal technology, CLM systems, and AI tools in contracting and legal operations
