We are seeking a driven associate with 5–7 years of acquisitions experience to help lead transactions for one of the most dynamic PE platforms in the country.

The Opportunity:
Our Private Equity Transactions Practice Group sits at the center of the market - representing over 200 PE firms and portfolio companies in the past five years alone. We advise clients across the full investment lifecycle and up and down the capital stack, from M&A and financings to day-to-day strategic counsel. Our deep relationships span industries, with particular strength in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work.

Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
  • We are seeking candidates who bring a track record of leading private equity acquisitions and the confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Five to seven years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds, with demonstrated ability to quarterback transactions
  • A strong academic record and exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • A collaborative spirit and genuine enthusiasm for working with innovative technology platforms—our attorneys leverage Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline drafting, and sharpen analysis, freeing you to focus on the strategic thinking and client engagement that matter most
  • Must be barred in Pennsylvania
