Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to advance company goals while effectively managing and mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
Provide timely, practical, and solution-oriented legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, marketing, and intellectual property.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements to support the company's operations and growth initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training to promote compliance and reduce risk exposure.
Collaborate with outside counsel as needed to ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal services.

Skills & Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
12+ years of experience as in-house counsel and/or with a reputable law firm, preferably with exposure to the travel, hospitality, or consumer services sectors.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives.
Strong business acumen with the ability to weigh legal risk against operational goals.
Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Ability to work with financial and operational data to inform decision-making.
