We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Corporate Contracts Americas Legal Team as Senior Corporate Counsel, reporting directly to VP/ Deputy General Counsel. In this role, you will be a primary legal advisor to our Global Procurement organization, supporting both direct and indirect procurement activities to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and advising on a wide range of sourcing contracts across the US, Canada, and global markets.

Where is the work:
 Hybrid:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

What you will do:   

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of supply agreements, with a focus on IT agreements (including software and SaaS), as well as professional services, consulting, and direct material contracts.
Advise procurement teams and business purchaser about contract risks and solutions—helping them understand complex contract matters, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategy for our supply agreements.
Continuously improve how we manage contracts: update templates, streamline processes, and ensure documents meet company standards and legal requirements and evolving regulations.
Collaborate at all levels of the procurement organization to update best practices, implement technology, and provide training aimed at improving efficiency and reducing the risk for our business.
Provide guidance to internal clients and legal colleagues with navigating contract disputes and pre-litigation matters as they arise.
Work closely with all levels of internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects that support innovation while mitigating risks.

What you will bring:

J.D. from an accredited US or Canadian law school and active State Bar membership.
Good standing member of a State Bar Association.
5+ years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in-house preferred (Fortune 500, technology, procurement, or similar environment).
Expert knowledge of IT contracts (Software/SaaS)
Proven experience negotiating various supplier contracts and other transactional documents with a willingness to gain in-depth understanding
Acumen to balance legal rigor and business strategy.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; confidence in advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
Track record as a proactive problem solver, adept at navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering results with agility and precision.
Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth for yourself and the team.
Flexibility for limited travel (<5%).

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $173,450-230,050

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
