We boldly go.We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Corporate Contracts Americas Legal Team as Senior Corporate Counsel, reporting directly to VP/ Deputy General Counsel. In this role, you will be a primary legal advisor to our Global Procurement organization, supporting both direct and indirect procurement activities to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and advising on a wide range of sourcing contracts across the US, Canada, and global markets.

Where is the work:
Hybrid:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of supply agreements, with a focus on IT agreements (including software and SaaS), as well as professional services, consulting, and direct material contracts.
- Advise procurement teams and business purchaser about contract risks and solutions—helping them understand complex contract matters, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategy for our supply agreements.
- Continuously improve how we manage contracts: update templates, streamline processes, and ensure documents meet company standards and legal requirements and evolving regulations.
- Collaborate at all levels of the procurement organization to update best practices, implement technology, and provide training aimed at improving efficiency and reducing the risk for our business.
- Provide guidance to internal clients and legal colleagues with navigating contract disputes and pre-litigation matters as they arise.
- Work closely with all levels of internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects that support innovation while mitigating risks.
What you will bring:
- J.D. from an accredited US or Canadian law school and active State Bar membership.
- Good standing member of a State Bar Association.
- 5+ years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in-house preferred (Fortune 500, technology, procurement, or similar environment).
- Expert knowledge of IT contracts (Software/SaaS)
- Proven experience negotiating various supplier contracts and other transactional documents with a willingness to gain in-depth understanding
- Acumen to balance legal rigor and business strategy.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; confidence in advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Track record as a proactive problem solver, adept at navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering results with agility and precision.
- Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth for yourself and the team.
- Flexibility for limited travel (<5%).
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $173,450-230,050
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
