The Senior Contract Management Professional advises business partner and related stakeholders on contractual risk and mitigating factors, in the course of negotiations and prior to execution. The Senior Contract Management Professional will serve as the first point in the organization authorized to independently negotiate with third parties, redline contract language, and provide detailed risk analysis of deals. This role is responsible for ensuring contracts align with business objectives while mitigating legal, financial, and operational risks. The individual will partner closely with legal, finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to structure agreements that protect the company's interests and enable growth. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Use Your Skills to Make an Impact
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) OR advanced degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; Alternatively: 5+ years of progressive experience in contract management, negotiation, or related role in lieu of an advanced degree.
- Experience in contract review, drafting, and administration, with direct responsibility for negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to redline agreements and assess contractual, financial, and operational risks.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, complex priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creative/complex drafting in a regulated space
- Prior experience negotiating directly with third parties across multiple industries, regions, or contract types (e.g., procurement, sales, services, licensing).
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis or others)
- Demonstrated success balancing business objectives with compliance and risk management.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
