Looking for a Florida-licensed attorney with 10+ years of experience litigating construction matters.
Our firm has experienced significant and aggressive growth over the past few years, and 2026 is our strongest year yet. We are seeking a client-service-oriented, full-time Senior Construction Litigation Attorney experienced in handling disputes among owners, contractors, and subcontractors to join our team.
Our law firm is positioned as Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners. This is a niche within the construction law niche that we are currently dominating through value-added services and creative solutions (not just hourly rates). We help homeowners before, during, and after their custom home builds and major home renovation projects. We provide advice, guidance, and contract drafting services to homeowners before projects. We provide ongoing advice and guidance as a Renovation Concierge during projects. We also perform these services for HOAs and Condominium Associations. We provide pre-litigation and litigation services for homeowners, associations, and a select group of contractors.
This is an active litigation role, representing homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condo Associations in contract disputes, lien issues, and defect claims. You will also be in a position to advise and guide clients through their ongoing construction projects; actively litigate cases; handle depositions; attend court hearings; engage in discovery; direct litigation strategy; and handle all phases of litigation, including trial.
Our office is in East Boca Raton. We do work throughout the entire State of Florida. This position can be filled by a Florida-licensed attorney working anywhere and promises to be extremely rewarding. The ability to generate clients within the firm's niche will be rewarded and will allow you to earn considerably more money.

Responsibilities:
- All phases of pre-trial construction litigation and arbitration.
- First-chair trial and arbitration hearings.
- Confidently advising homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condominium Associations on issues common to major construction and renovation projects, including issues relating to payments, timing, and quality of work.
- Communicating empathetically with non-institutional clients in need of valuable, real-life guidance with issues of great importance to them.
- Resolving the clients' issues as promptly and efficiently as possible.
- Negotiating with opposing parties or their attorneys to resolve ongoing construction disputes.
- Solving problems.
- Directing and delegating work on complex litigation matters to supporting associates and paralegals.
Qualifications:
- You are an attorney, licensed in Florida, with 10+ years of construction litigation experience.
- Working knowledge of Florida's Construction Lien Law (Chapter 713) and the workings of Florida's Condo and HOA laws (Chapters 718 and 720).
- You are results-oriented and focused on obtaining positive outcomes for clients.
- Construction industry/transactional experience is a plus.
- You focus on resolving disputes efficiently as dictated by the best interests of the client.
- You understand how to properly delegate to paralegals and other support professionals.
- You are empathetic yet can have tough conversations with clients.
- You are a strong negotiator.
