The Role (What You Will Handle)

You will be the firm's main commercial litigation attorney. Your caseload will be focused on real estate and business disputes, including:
Real Estate & Contract Litigation: Breach of contract, specific performance, and quiet title actions.
Commercial Landlord/Tenant: Commercial evictions and lease disputes.
Lender Representation: Commercial foreclosures and creditor rights.
Business Disputes: Partnership disputes, interpleader actions, and corporate dissolution.

The Standards (Who You Are)

The 7-Year Minimum: You have at least 7 years of deep, substantive commercial litigation experience in Florida. You don't need someone to hold your hand to draft a motion for summary judgment or take a hostile deposition. You know exactly what you are doing.
Hyper-Responsive: Our firm has built itself on responsiveness, and this is a non-negotiable. Our clients expect a premium standard of communication. Response time is measured in hours, not days.
Organized: You will be managing several matters at once. You must be process-driven and comfortable utilizing modern case management software to keep the machine running flawlessly.
A Rainmaker: Ideally, you are bringing a portable book of business with you. However, if you are an elite litigator with the capacity to take on our existing overflow and scale the litigation department, we are ready to talk.
