- Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience required; family law experience preferred
- Proven courtroom and trial advocacy skills
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and excellence
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and develop attorneys

Responsibilities:
- Lead Complex family law litigation from initial strategy session through resolution and trial
- Serve as lead counsel in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Regularly appear in court and provide exceptional courtroom advocacy.
- Develop and execute strategic litigation plans designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Draft, review, and oversee pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic analysis.
- Effectively articulate complex legal concepts through exceptional verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional advocacy
- Mentor and develop junior and associate attorneys through guidance, feedback, and hands-on training
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff utilizing advanced technology and established systems to maximize efficiency and client service
- Contribute to the continued growth, development, and success of the firm
