A Boutique Law Firm, a growing business and real estate law firm, is seeking a talented Senior Level Attorney with seven to ten (7-10) years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a full caseload independently, and is excited to represent clients with excellence both in and out of the courtroom.

This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys building relationships, mentoring associates, and contributing to the growth of the firm. Because community engagement is central to our practice, you will be expected to attend a monthly networking event of your choice to help expand both your professional connections and the firm's presence.

Responsibilities:

Handle a broad caseload with minimal supervision, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, agreements, and discovery
Advocate for clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings
Argue motions and appear in court on behalf of clients
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff
Conduct client consultations and serve as a primary point of contact with clients
Represent the firm at networking events, speaking engagements, and other opportunities as delegated by the Partners

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in good standing with the state and local bar associations
Minimum of seven (7) years of legal experience, preferably in business and real estate matters
Proven trial, mediation, and arbitration experience
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently while contributing to a team environment
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
