Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking a Senior Attorney with 7+ years of commercial real estate experience. We are looking to add a team member to advise property owners on matters involving land acquisitions and dispositions. The Senior Attorney position is non-partnership track, salaried, and benefits eligible.Senior Attorney Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions with substantial experience in acquisitions and dispositions.
- Skills and knowledge related to structuring, negotiating, and closing a high volume of land acquisition and disposition transactions.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Engage directly with clients and develop a strong understanding of their business objectives on a wide range of transactions.
