Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution, in coordination with the Managing Attorney
- Develop and implement litigation strategy across all phases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Appear in court independently and handle substantive advocacy, while aligning with Firm's strategy and expectations
- Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for clients on assigned matters
- Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day case management while keeping the Managing Attorney informed of material developments, risks, and strategic considerations
- Supervise, review, and provide feedback on the work of junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure work product meets Firm standards prior to filing or submission
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, modeling professionalism, accountability, and strong litigation practices
