About the role:
Ghassemian Law Group, APC, is a litigation boutique in Mission Viejo representing contractors, business owners, and property owners throughout Southern California. Our core practice areas are construction litigation, business litigation, and real estate litigation.
We have an immediate opening for a senior litigator who can step in on day one, take ownership of a caseload, and manage matters end-to-end. This is not a supervised associate role — we need someone who has done this before and does not need direction on how to run a file.

Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload across construction, business, and/or real estate litigation.
- Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial.
- Develop case strategy and advise clients directly.
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum 10 years of civil litigation experience — construction litigation strongly preferred.
- Trial or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel.
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution.
- Experience in at least one core area: construction, business, or real estate litigation.
